ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB is a ready for use, single component, water based release agent, specially formulated to prevent adhesion of concrete to formwork, hence reducing damage and ensuring high quality, fair faced and stain free concrete with good surface finish.
ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB is used as a release agent for most types of formwork allowing for easy stripping of formwork and improving concrete finish.

ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB can be applied by using brush, sponge or by spray; Non-absorbent surfaces require a single application. New, unsealed timber surfaces may need recoating if the first application is absorbed into the timber. If the product is over applied excess material should be drained and then carefully removed by using a sponge or a cloth.
Note: Cleaning concrete forms after stripping, using of ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB will minimize the time and effort requires for this stage.
ROBUSTO RELASE 108WB is available in 50 Liter cane and 200 Liter drum supply
ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB should be stored under cover at a minimum ambient temperature of 50C.
ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB has a shelf -life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and sealed drums.
If these conditions are exceeded, RCPL’s Technical Department should be contacted for further advice.
ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB is not classified as hazardous material. ROBUSTO RELASE 108WB should not come into contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice promptly. In the time of application should use hand gloves and eye protection.
ROBUSTO RELEASE 108WB is water based mould release agent and non-flammable.
