ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is a high quality integral waterproof liquid manufactured with special organic polymer, designed to provide excellent waterproof to concrete and mortar

USES

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is used as integral waterproof liquid for the fresh concrete or mortar which enhances the waterproofness of concrete and increases the durability.

General concrete works such as roof slabs, sunken slabs, balconies, water tanks, basements etc & wherever there is requirement for water proofing and high quality concrete.

DOSAGE

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is a high quality plasticizer cum water proofing liquid. The normal recommended dosage is 100ml/50 Kg of cement, where dosage will vary in some cases from 100-125ml/50 Kg bag of cement.

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 has to be added on to the fresh concrete or mortar for the best result.

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is specially designed for normal concrete / mortar up to M25 grades. For higher grades especially while making structural concrete, Precast concrete etc. proper trial should be done to fix its dosage.

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is an improved Super plasticizer based on modified Ligno Suphonated which gives the following:

Improves workability, cohesion of the mix even at reduced W/C Ratio.
Improves water proofness by reduction of permeability of concrete or mortar.
As it is in liquid form it spreads uniformly & easily mix with the concrete or mortar.
It’s compatible with all types of OPC, PPC, PSC etc.
Chloride free does not cause corrosion.

COMPATIBILITY

EFFECT OF OVER DOSAGE

Overdosing of ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 will cause the following:

May Bleed & Segregate.
May increase in retardation, prolongs the setting time.

PACKAGING

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is available in 20 Kg & 225 Kg drum supply.

STORAGE

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing If stored at Cool & Dry place and away from the direct sunlight.

CLEANING

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 can be washed with fresh cold water

HEALTH & SAFETY

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 is not classified as hazardous material.

ROBUSTO WATERPROOF 720 should not come into contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice promptly.
